1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Vladyslav Anin, operating under the TEMPO brand. Contact for data protection matters: vladyslavanin@gmail.com, phone +48 507 284 932.

2. What data I collect and why

Through the contact form I collect: your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, the type of service you selected, an approximate budget and the project description you provide voluntarily. I use this data only to prepare a quote, answer your enquiry and — if we start working together — deliver the service.

3. Legal basis

I process the data on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box in the form, and — to the extent necessary to prepare an offer or conclude a contract — on the basis of art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. How long I keep the data

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.

5. Recipients of the data

Data may be passed to providers of e-mail, website hosting and the messaging app used for quick contact — only to the extent needed to handle your enquiry. I do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

7. Cookies

The site may use cookies for analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) if that feature is switched on. In that case, on your first visit you will see a banner letting you accept or decline cookies other than those necessary for the site to work.
